Personal Trainer

JULIET FLOOD, CPT

Juliet is our newest personal trainer and strength coach here at Strength & Performance Institute. Juliet is a Detroit native, but now a Clearwater Beach transplant. In 2016 she traded frozen powder white snow for warm powder white sand and hasn’t looked back! As a personal trainer she brings a diverse range of expertise and a passion for sharing health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness with her clients.

Juliet has a unique background in both fitness and culinary arts. She combines her knowledge of training with the importance of nutrition to tailor custom personal training plans that fit the needs of each client’s goals. Her specialties include but are not limited to:

Experience & Training Style

Juliet brings her never stop learning attitude to personal training. She is continuously adapting and growing with the fitness industry to be able to best guide her clients with the most effective and efficient ways to attain their goals. Juliet works with clients of all different backgrounds, from beginners to those further along in their fitness journey. When you train with Juliet you can expect goal-focused personal training sessions that will leave you feeling empowered and capable in and out of the gym.

Outside the Gym

When Juliet isn’t training clients, she is practicing what she preaches. Leading an active lifestyle, her and her fiancé enjoy being outdoors; boating, camping, kayaking, or just spending time in the woods with their puppy.
