Service Description

Join us for a 30-minute full-body small group training session at the Strength & Performance Institute. Hosted by certified personal trainer and SPI strength coach, Katie Taylor. Enjoy the energy of a group setting to help drive your workout. All you have to do is show up and be ready to sweat! - Each class will be limited to 6 participants. - Classes will take place at SPI in the back courtyard and side of the building. - All weights and needed equipment will be provided. - Classes are open to everyone. You do not need to be an SPI client to register. - Bring a water bottle and towel Reserve your spot and register today for an SPI small group training class.
