All too often individuals begin to lose their straight back as they fatigue. Keep your core tight and spine straight as you row. If you have a hard time keeping form try to decrease reps or adjust your stance to make it a little bit easier until you have built the strength to maintain good form. This can prevent any unnecessary injuries.
