Small Group Classes For Student Athletes Led By Professional Strength & Performance Coaches
We’re excited to launch our new Strength, Speed, & Agility class throughout the week, specifically designed for student athletes who are serious about improving their athletic performance. Whether your student is chasing a college scholarship or just wants to step up their game, this new weekly training opportunity is an ideal way to spend the summer and into the school year, building real strength, speed, and power. Each 50-minute session is guided by experienced, knowledgeable trainers who work hands-on with every athlete, tailoring drills and strength work to their individual sport and goals.
