Small Group Fitness

SPI now offers 30-minute small group fitness training classes with certified personal trainer and strength coach, Katie Taylor, CPT at the Strength & Performance Institute in Clearwater, FL.

  • Class is open to all (No memberships required)

  • Beginners & advance levels welcome

  • Each class will be a max of 6 participants

  • Reservation is required to ensure availability 

  • Full body circuit style workout

  • Enjoy the energy of a group to motivate you

  • All equipment provided

  • Bring a towel, water, and a positive attitude

  • Classes will be inside our personal training gym
