ALLISAN BROWN, CPT
Allisan is our newest dynamic personal trainer at Strength & Performance Institute. She brings eight years of diverse training experience to our private personal training facility. With a background as a multi-sport athlete and a collegiate basketball player with a degree in Exercise Science, fitness has been ingrained in her lifestyle from the start.

Allisan creates engaging and fun personal training sessions that combine her knowledge of fitness and training with her love and experience of sports and athletics to tailor custom personal training plans that fit the needs of her client’s goals. Allisan is passionate about helping individuals from various fitness backgrounds achieve their goals. From beginners just starting out to athletes working to get to the next level. With a vibrant and energetic personality, private personal training sessions with Allisan are not only effective but also enjoyable. She takes pride in her ability to tailor workouts to suit each client's comfort level, recognizing that each person's journey is unique with their own individual abilities and set goals. Allisan will be available for one-on-one personal training sessions as well as scheduling individual boxing sessions for men and women.
