About Shred Camp

This one hour circuit-style group fitness workout is designed to transform your body. This total body workout is led by a SPI personal trainer who will motivate and energize you to push your limits, build strength, enhance stamina, and boost endurance, all while having fun with a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Classes will include a variety of strength training, HIIT, athletic conditioning, and more inside our private personal training gym in Clearwater.

  • Class is open to all (No memberships required)

  • Beginners & advance levels welcome

  • Each class will be a max of 10 participants

  • Reservation is required to ensure availability 

  • Full body circuit style workout
